Hi all - if anybody ordered their gear direct from Razer - what was your experience? I submitted my order 2 days ago, but order is still in "processing" status and I paid for expedited shipping expecting to get it this week, but they still haven't processed the order.
No response to emails, no telephone number for queries, no online chat outside of US... beginning to worry I made a mistake ordering direct, or choosing Razer due to the non-existent support.
Hope you existing customers can reassure me? How long do they actually take to turnaround orders? Do they respond to queries/issues?

I ordered my Blade Pro on friday and it was processing until sunday but it arrived this morning (Monday), I paid for the express 3-5 Working days and it was still shipped over the weekend so cant complain but thats for a UK delivery.
