I have this too, and I think its just the fact that the battery is so dead, you need to charge it for a long time to get it back up. I got mine connected to my phone when it did this, and it says battery level is 1%! I changed ports as well from USB-A to a USB-C on my pc. Will let you know how it goes, but I would suggest trying this.

Hello everyone! Have you seen any physical deformation on the cable? Are you using the cable that came with the device while charging it? Try connecting the headset to a different USB port while charging it for 3.5 hours and check if the issue persists. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
