After upgrade to Win 11, the handsfree option is not working, Opus itself works fine for music etc, but no sound over teams/signal/ other voice apps.

In win10, it would swtich to worse quality over Opus Handsfree, but that option is now not visible in Win11.

Suprsingly, Razer Opus Handsfree is still there in device manager, but no way to access it as a audio source/input.
Have you tried reinstalling the drivers of your device? Try to isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link. Should the issue persists, please send me the serial number of your headset via PM. I'll lock this thread now.
