The headset was working fine two days ago, but it suddenly stopped today. I tried turning it on, charging it, resetting it, connecting it to a device, but nothing worked. When pressing the power button, the power light (?) never turns on. It was fully charged before I tried using it, but now it refuses to charge no matter how long or what cable is used. The light never turns on. This is the first time that this has happened, and I’ve only had the headphones for 8 months. The only issue before was a small crack that my kid sealed with some glue, but I dont think that was what caused the issue. Is there anything I can do to fix it? It was a gift for my child.

Have you tried using a different cable to charge it? If that didn’t do the trick, then you can drop me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds.
