My headset was working two days ago, but it suddenly stopped yesterday. I tried turning it on, charging it few charger, resetting it, connecting it to a device, but nothing worked. When pressing the power button, the power light never turns on. It was fully charged before I tried using it. The light never turns on. This is the first time that this has happened. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

We’re definitely leaning toward a hardware fault right here. Where did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
