Razer OrbWeaver: Row of Keys Stopped Working

As Title says, Top Row of Keys Stopped working. Important things to Note: 1. Was working fine night before, go to work, come home, and now is no longer working 2. Lighting set to Reactive - After unplugging/plugging it back in, the top row are all glowing 3. Occasionally, all 5 keys will begin "spamming" and flooding their input 4. Doesn't matter what device the Orbweaver is plugged into - Same exact issue between my PC/Laptop Things I've Tried: 1. Completely Uninstalled Synapse 2.0, all Razor Products, and Drivers 2. Used Driver Cleaners to remove all Razor Products from Registry 3. Completely reinstalled Razor Synapse 2.0 4. Plugged Orbweaver in and tested with absolutely no drivers (No Change) 5. Reinstalled Synapse 2.0 and all Drivers (No Change) As an IT Professional - This is a faulty device and needs to be replaced. This was at no fault of my own, it was sitting on a desk, no spills, no falls and is a complete failure of hardware. This is unacceptable.

Update: To make the keypad useable, I had to disable the top row. Discovered another Issue. Only 1 button can be used at a time.
