Razer Ornata Chroma flashing rainbow lights but not working

My Razor Keyboard has stop worked as before today. The lights of the keyboards are flashing rainbow lines, if I click any of the keys, such key turns green and the rest off. But I can't type any letter/key. I've seen on several fórums that holding cntrl + BLoq MAy + esc would resolve this. Not on my case, still is not working. Could someone tell me how to resolve this? I removed and reinstall again all drivers / synapse suit - didn't work either.

    Could somebody support me on this issue? The keyboard is just flashing blue/red/green/lines; when I click on any key, stop flashing lines but the keystroke. Is not typing anything on the screen.
