I have a Razer Ornata Chroma Keyboard, and the 4, 5, and 6 keys on the number keypad do not work, although all other keys appear to.
I have already tried taking it out of demo mode according to this thread

(although I don't know which one applies to my keyboard, I have tried holding both esc+caps lock and esc+caps lock+space bar).
I have also made sure Synapse is up to date, and I have entirely exited Synapse and the problem remains. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this issue?
Thanks.

Try it on another PC (without synapse installed). If it's the same - there is some hw issue with these keys (did you spilled water on it by accident?).

The following steps below are for your keyboard. Please try it instead.
Sometimes a speck of dirt or dust build-up may cause this issue. For now, try using a can of compressed air on your keyboard's volume to clean it up. You can use this guide as a reference. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device so I can check for other possible ways to fix it.

- Unplug the keyboard.
- Press and hold "Escape" and "Caps Lock" keys.
- Plug the keyboard into a USB port.
