Razer Ornata Chroma - not ,,clicky" button

Hello, so i've got my ornata chroma since about 2 months. Yesterday while using it I noticed something strange, the W button doesn't make that ,,clicky" sound like other buttons. It's really distracting, because I like the sound and use the W button very very much. I've tried to remove the button to see what's happening and noticed that little metal switch-thingy got out, so I put it back in place, pushed the button in and there was no change at all, the metal thing is constantly falling off, it is happening only on this button (W). I really don't know what to do, I've tried to take the switch/metal thing from the other button but the problem is still there. Is it worth taking a trip to the shop I bought it in to give it for a repair or can I fix it myself? (I've really tried and nothing worked)
