Razer Ornata Chroma Some Keys Not Working

Hi everyone, I never come on forum to ask for help but I would like to solve this problem and I can't anything about that on the Net. "Space" "N" & "C" of my Ornata Chroma aren't working, LED works on them, except when I enter in Demo Mode, no green LED when I press these keys. I cleaned the keyboard, outside and inside, but these keys still not working. Maybe I've disable them by a shortcut or on Synapse, don't know. So I come ask to Razer experts :frown_: Maybe you need to know that I'm on a laptop, and on Windows 10. Thanks for reading & help
