hi my Razer ornate keyboard doesn't seem to be working as intended so I have come here to find a solution when she was when I type with my keyboard and either makes to random numbers or letters(like this yh8i m6y nqam3e 8iwws qanqaik8n but it's actually hi my name is Anakin) I have tried every solution online that I can find but none of them have worked so far the problem started when I removed the number pad keys to clean them

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Ornata's concern here. Does the issue happen when the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? If you are using the Razer Synapse 3.0, please sign in as a guest user and check the keyboard's behavior.
