Razer Ornata not working at all without synapse

I cannot run my razer ornata keyboard without synapse (and synapse is fucking up my pc entirely). When i turn off synapse, no keys respons anymore. (lights still on) I am running windows 11 desktop. - Tried rebooting pc - Tried unplugging re-plugging - Tried multiple usb ports & hubs - Tried re-installing and uninstalling synapse - Keyboard has no macros - Hypershift not enabled - Gaming mode not enabled - No special FX either Any help would be greatly appreciated, currently looking to get new keyboard if I cant fix, synapse crashed my games and freezes my pc. I am completely done with this software.

Try the steps here to clean re-install the Synapse application. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number of your keyboard so I can start a case and forward it to our Software Team. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation privately.
