Razer Ornata Top Row + Tilde Key Unresponsive

The top row and tilde keys of my Razer Ornata don't work. I've tried resetting the keyboard and drivers and it hasn't helped. Anybody have an idea what's going on?

    Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed? Did you reset the keyboard by clicking the gear icon (settings) at the top-right of the application? Also, try connecting the keyboard to another USB port or computer. Please plug the device directly into your computer's USB port, not on a hub.
