Razer Ornata v2

I just received the All-Star bundle for Christmas with the Razer Ornata v2 keyboard. Everything worked fine until today when I noticed several keys now had multiple functions. For instance when I press the 1 key on the number row, it will type 1` and include the accent mark from the key to the left and vice versa. If I have a web browser up and I tap the 2 key, it will load the help/support page in a new tab as if I hit F1 and if I hit F1 it will load the page and try to type 2 in a text field. 3 is somehow linked with F2, 4 with F3, 5 with F4, and so on. There does not appear to be any physical damage to the keyboard, but no other keyboard has this problem when I plugged them in. I know you can record macros directly through the keyboard, though I have never used it and I don't really know how anyway. There are no macros saved in Synapse. I have tried using Synapse to reassign or reset the keys, but nothing changes. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse, but the problem persists. Is there any way to reset the key bindings back to the factory default or some other fix to this problem? I could really use some help here.
