Hello, I bought a Razer Ornata V3 tenkeyless keyboard but I am trying to connect it to my macbook pro m3 with a converter. I installed V2.0 as Razer's own application but neither the application sees it nor the keyboard opens. What should I do?

+1Ornata V3 is NOT compatible with Synapse 2.0 software.
Ornata v3 is not compatible but it is compatible with macbook v2.0. How can I do this? I cannot use the keyboard.
+1I mean you still can use it without software, just as a generic keyboard. If it’s still not working I’d look at different USB to USB-C adapter (also be sure it’s data capable adapter, not a charging only).
I plugged in a similar product to this converter “https://www.teknosa.com/samsung-eep5400usegww-multiport-adaptor-usb-typea30-gigabit-ethernet-hdmi-typec-power-supply-p-785791523?shopId=2478” but it did not read the keyboard at all
+1Does it have external power supply? If not, then kb may not work. Also Razer keyboards are very finicky when it comes to usb hubs.
