I have the same problems like a lot of other people in this forum.
My mute button is alwas turn on or off by pressing volume up/down. Also there is a delay by pressing it.
I dont have these problem with Synapse 3.

Hi there,
Thanks for alerting us about this. Try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer Ornata V3 and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
