Razer ornata v3 x bug

When I press the N key instead of N appears N6, the same thing happens when I squeeze the 6, when I squeeze the P or B key appear BP, and when I press the < key it is as if I spam it several times

I have the same problem, I tried another PC without installing SYNAPSE and the keyboard has the same problems, on both computers it works poorly, one with SYNAPSE installed and the other without SYNAPSE installed.

I have the same problem. I have tried on three computers, on windows 10, windows 11 and linux ubuntu. It is a firmware problem, it is impossible for three users with the same keyboard to have the same identical problems, with the same keys. Is there no older firmware for the Razer Ornata V3 RZ03-0446xxxxxxxx ???

My keyboard is spamming A & D keys while gaming character keeps going left A key or keeps going right D key even if I remove fingers then I had to press same key multiple times for it to respond again I thought maybe it's because of snap tap feature I tried turning it off & on but no change and it's been 2 days since I bought it.
