Hello, my Razer Orochi 2 started randomly disconnecting from my PC every 5-7 minutes for 1-2 seconds. I tried this before posting on the forum: * Plug my 2.4GHz dongle into another USB port (front and back) * Change battery * Reinstall Razer Synapse.

    Is this the Razer Orochi 2013 or Orochi V2? Have you tried connecting the mouse to another computer? Please send me a PM including the device's serial number. I’ll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
