Razer Orochi 2013 Problem

hello from France For few years now I've the same problem on my mouth Razer Orochi 2013 (blutooth); but never had time to post it; due to quarantine, I take time. my set up: -Razer Blade GTX970 -Razer Core + GTX 1060 3go -Razer Orochi 2013 -all drivers are updated my problem: the mouth freeze when it's plugged (no blutooth) when I start the laptop, the indicator on the orochi is yellow, and I have to plug out and plug in maybe 4/5 times, for working. Sometimes, it works few seconds, and freeze. when the orochi is working with bluetooth, no problem. the cable is in great condition; I tried with an other cable and same problem. Could you help me please ?
