Hello, after couple of years of usage, my Razer Orochi 8200 failed miserably. Week ago I notices random jumps of cursor on Y axis from time to time, both in rest and in use. In time this random jumps become more intense, making this mouse useless.
I tried cleaning sensor lense (which looks fine btw), cleaned mousepad, tried on desk surface, reinstalled razer synapse, calibrated mousepad, tried different LOD setting.
Finally I set LOD to 10 and it help for short time. In next few hours minor jumps returned and after weekend axis Y become completely unresponsive, if i'm furiously swipe mouse in all directions it move cursor vertically sometimes.

Hi @buzzSpanishOrangecamp508. Does this happen when the mouse is on wired or Bluetooth mode?

Hi, in both modes
How long have you had the mouse for? Please send me a PM with the serial number of your Orochi so I can look into possible model-specific fixes.
