Razer Orochi 8200 pairing mode not working

Hi yesterday i did a bad update installing synapse 3 over the 2. after the installation the mice started to disconnect the bluetooth so i deleted the mice from the device manager and noticed that when i press the side buttons to make the pairing did nothing. it should blink blue light and then it should be recognized but no it does nothing i can connect it only wiredly and i broke the original cable so it´s useless. i only use the mice wiredly. i tried reinstalling everything. but the same. i can connect the mice with a usb but it´s not the original cable so it´s uncomfortable. how can i restart the mouse so it recover that funcition of pairing mode
