Razer Orochi v2 constantly disconnects

Hello, I have been having an issue with my Razer Orochi mouse lately where it will disconnect and I can’t re-establish a connection. This issue persists through both bluetooth and usb connection methods. In Bluetooth mode, the mouse will disconnect and won’t reconnect. When I remove the device and try to add it again, the connection popup window shows up, but then is unable to connect. In USB mode, the mouse will connect, then disconnect, then connect, disconnect, ad infinitum. I have tried removing and then replacing the battery, swapping the battery, using every available usb port on my computer, restarting my computer, and the result is the same every time. I have had to swap to a backup mouse for now.

I’m here to help. I’m sorry to hear about your Razer Orochi V2 intermitent conenction issue. To further isolate the problem, please try to uninstall the mouse drivers here. You can also try to test the device on a different PC if possible. If the same problem persists, PM me your mouse serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation.
