Hello, I have been having an issue with my Razer Orochi mouse lately where it will disconnect and I can’t re-establish a connection. This issue persists through both bluetooth and usb connection methods. In Bluetooth mode, the mouse will disconnect and won’t reconnect. When I remove the device and try to add it again, the connection popup window shows up, but then is unable to connect. In USB mode, the mouse will connect, then disconnect, then connect, disconnect, ad infinitum. I have tried removing and then replacing the battery, swapping the battery, using every available usb port on my computer, restarting my computer, and the result is the same every time. I have had to swap to a backup mouse for now.
