Razer Orochi V2 keeps disconnecting

Hello, I have the orochi V2 for 6 months now, but for the past month or so, it doesn't work with the dongle. The dongle keeps disconnecting and reconnecting constantly and, no matter what I do, I can;t fix it. I've tried everything, from reinstalling the battery or replacing it with new a one, to reinstalling the drivers or any related software for that matter. I've looked it up online but nothing seems to keep working. It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting constantly. I would like a solution pls, thanks a lot.
