Razer Orochi v2 not recognized by Synapse

Hello. I purchased an Orochi v2 and wanted to add it to Synapse to change the DPI. I tried literally everything, firmware updating, detection troubleshooting, restarting the pc, deleting it from device manager and reinstalling it, uninstalling and reinstalling synapse, plugging the dongle into literally all USB hubs that my PC has (I plugged the dongle directly into the PC), I even tried it with Synapse 4 ‘cause I thought maybe it’s a problem with Synapse 3. Nothing is working, it’s like the mouse and its dongle are non-existent. Please help me, I really like the mouse but I’d like to change the DPI as I want. P.S: I even tried the riot Vanguard solution but still not working. Nothing worked so I don’t know what else I should try.
