Razer Panthera Bat Panthea

I recently purchased and received the Razer Panther (the original model with the Razer artwork, not the EVO nor the ones with art from DBFZ, SFV and MvC:I). In every review and video of the product it was mentioned that a bat top came with it, but there was no bat top included in mine. I know that in the EVO and the ones with art from the aforementioned videogames there are no bat tops included but my Panthera is the model where the bat top should've been included. I would like to know if Razer recently stopped selling the item with the bat top or it's missing from mine.
