Razer PBT Keycaps paint coming off

The paint of my PBT keycaps for my Razer Huntsman mini is coming/rubbing off(See attached). This keyboard is just over a year old. Is this covered by the warranty?

    Just to add, the paint is not coming off. It is more warped and looks like it has a milky white coating over it. It happened when I was cleaning the keycaps with Isopropyl alcohol 90% which are fine with Doubleshot PBT keycaps unless Razer has been dishonest. Only the alphabet and numerical keycaps are warped not the larger command keycaps.
