Razer Peripherals not showing in Razer Synapse
The current products I have from razer are:
- Razer Blackwidow v3 TKL (keyboard)
- Razer Viper Ultimate (mouse)
- Razer Mouse Dock
When I open Razer Synapse (latest version) it does not show my devices (image below)
And inside device manager, it shows as 'HID-Complient Mouse' (image below)
I tried updating to the latest firmware, but when I do it says that I have the latest firmware already.
Any help would be appreciated.
