Razer periphs cause USB game controllers to disappear from the list

I have a full flight sim pit with the Cougar MFDs and a few Winwing products, when i connect the DA V2 to any usb port, or over bluetooth, it causes certain items to disappear from the list under USB game controllers making it where my game cant see all my devices. As soon as i disconnect the mouse the other periphs reappear. This also happens with the Seiren Emote i own as well. Out of the 6 empty USB ports on the PC only one will allow the mic to connect without interfering with the USB game controllers
