Razer Phone 1: Bluetooth connection issues

Hey all, have been dealing with this issue since I bought the phone but always hoped that a future update would fix it as the issue has been around for a while. I can connect to car stereo or Bluetooth headphones for a short period of time and will then disconnect. During the time it's connected, it also can't play music. Any help on this would be appreciated and happy to provide any info required. Thanks in advance!
