Razer Phone 1 Screen Issue

Hi all, just wondering what would be a possible cause for the screen on my Razer Phone to not work. There seems to be a horizontal line across the top of my screen where i just cant tap on anything or scroll through. When I scroll through apps like Instagram or a webpage on Google Chrome, the page will stop scrolling when my thumb reaches the line. I have restarted my phone several times but it has changed nothing. The phone has not been dropped either, so i don't understand how this could have happened. Thx for any replies.

    By restarting, do you mean factory reset or just a regular reboot? Do note that there is a good chance that you have a faulty touch panel. Please send me the serial number so I can verify the warranty status of the device. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
