Razer Phone 1 Touchscreen is faulty (going crazy)

Hello, I bought a RP1 from a reseller less than 3 months ago, and now it has some issues with the touchscreen (all of the sudden, whitout any kind of update, new usb cable or fall/physical issue). I've looked it up on other forums and it seems quite a few people have this same issue and couldn't get it solved until they got a new phone. So i'd like to ask if this is something that Razer can fix (given i bought it from a reseller) and is this hardware or software issue? I have tried to reboot, hard reset, factory etc.. And i didn't solve the issue. Any solutions? Here are a couple of videos that demonstrate my problem (they are not my videos, but they are basically the same issue)

    Unfortunately, it is very likely hardware related. I had to have my first Razer Phone 1 replaced after the screen started freaking out on me similar you how yours is now. Now I'm stuck with my second one with yet another malfunctioning screen. No reply from support now and it's been 2 weeks.
