Razer Phone 1 - Wobbly USB-C connector

Hi, I have the Razer Phone 1 and I already got it replaced through RMA because of a faulty digitizer. The one they have sent back to me has a dodgy USB connector that "disconnects" after the slightest vibration. Whether I connect the phone to the car, charger, data cable, or USB-C to Audio adapter, the connection keeps on dropping out and sometimes does not even register. I was wondering if this issue is common, and if anyone managed to get this fixed (through RMA or other means). Thanks
