Razer Phone 2 Bass distortion

I just got my Razer Phone 2 today and it was like waking up for Christmas morning. In anticipation of getting the phone in the mail, I watched a few videos and saw that Austin Evans made a video which featured the Phone 2's speakers crackling due to the bass at high volume. Has anyone else gotten their phone and experienced this? Video in question: (Timestamp at about 7 mins in - listen carefully) Is this working as intended? If so I'm getting a refund. Edit: To clarify I was testing with the Dolby Atmos demo that came with the Razer Phone itself.

I bought my RZ 2 a week ago. I am having the same issue. I havent test it as much as I wanted, but I can tell that the Dolby Atmos feature distorts the sound and the bass cracks, so I had to deactivate it. Please let me know if you were able to solve this. I bought the phone in the States and live in Argentina...so there is not an easy option to ask for another unit :(.
