Razer Phone 2 Cannot update to 9 Pie !!!

Hello Everyone

I recently bought RP2

When i try to update to 9 Pie it show that my system is up to date.

My current Android version is : 8.1.0
Build number : O-MR0-RC009.2-RZR-181013.1136

    My Razer 2 have same issue... And no one knows why... :frown_:

    Alot of people had the same issue but RAZER won't solve this. Razer should do what other company do for there customers.

    This has long been fixed. Where did you guys get the phone from? Also, do you mind sending me screencaps of what happens when you run the updater?

    Nothing happens....just up to date...

    Where did you buy the devices and what carrier are you using?

    Three UK.... I spoke with them and they said it is Razer pass updates via imei... Imei is clean I don't know where is issue...

    RP2s from Three UK should already have MR2 of Android PIE. Please PM me the serial number and IMEI of your RP2 so I can help you sort this out.

    I also have the same problem. Just says the system is up to date when i manually search for updates... Can you help?
