Razer Phone 2 charging port not functioning correctly
Hello. I'm having a problem with my phone charging port not working correctly. I've tried all of the routine troubleshooting and it is the same. Basically, the phone will only charge on USB-A to USB-C chargers. It doesn't work on any USB-C to USB-C chargers. There is no dust in the port. It doesn't work in a computer or the original charger. Wireless charging still works normally. I've tried multiple cables and chargers. It also doesn't fast charge.
Is there anything else I should try? I suspect that it is the pins are dirty and not making good contact. Should I take the phone to a repair store? Any advice would be appreciated.

r0garcHave you contacted our Support Team? When did the issue start? Let's try to isolate the problem first by following the steps provided by this link. Should the issue persists, please send me the serial number of the phone that starts with "SN". Let's continue from there.
