Razer phone 2 hotspot

Recently after traveling,my signals go all goofy. Apn gets reset to something crazy. And now, won't broadcast my hotspot. Even with 60+ MBs speed. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen before.

This appears to be more of an Android PIE issue than anything else. Can you send me a screenshot of your Developer Options highlighting "Hardware Tether Acceleration" via PM?

Here ya go. First thing I tied. Will not unlock bootloader though. Gotta have warranty.

Thanks! Turn off the "Hardware Tether Acceleration" then try switching hotspot frequency to 2.4GHz, reboot, and test. If all goes well, switch back to the default settings and check if they stick and work. Send me a PM if you don't notice any sort of improvement.

Update!!! So far, after the 4th sim card replacement. It looks as though, it has nothing to do with this amazing device!!!! I am stoked. not gonna lie. Because of.my one handedness at the moment. I was looking forward to the satin finish replacement. Easier to handle one handed. But. As I love this thing. I'm hoping this is the fix. Thank you for everything!!
