Razer Phone 2 "Issues"

My Razer Phone 2 has been getting some "Issues". Here is a list from what I can remember. - Extremely Loud Beep (Out of no where, I don't know when it happens) - Camera app stops working - Camera sometimes just freezes when zooming in or recording (when i'm recording, it stops filming but records audio about when its 9 seconds in when recording) - No internet when there clearly is internet and SIM card is put in. - At one point, when watching previews of something, the whole phone freezes, so I had to force restart the phone (This happened for 2 weeks then stopped at one point) I need a way to find out how I could replace this phone for a new one. From what I remember, I still have a warranty, but I did drop it and it cracked the glass back a bit. I did also buy it when its price was $499.99 instead of $799.99. Please help me.

    Hey there! I appreciate that you posted this on our Support thread. Aside from the accidental damage, I want to confirm the following below: a. When it gives out a beep, does the phone brings you back to your main screen or it gives out a different window/background b. When you mentioned that the camera stops, is crashing and gives out an error message? c. Does your Razer Phone 2 have sufficient space to save files such as photos? d. In terms of no connecting to the internet, does the issue also happens when connecting to WiFi?

    a. the beep happens randomly, after the beep, nothing happens. b. yes, it gives out an error message that it crashed. It says something like "camera stopped working" c. Yes, it has sufficient space, as it has 96 GB of storage, and i have used about half. d. I am automatically connected to wifi, it just happens randomly. No wifi and no internet.
