Hey guys , just received my RP2 today and out the box i put my nano SIM in but i have no LTE connection at all ... Here a picture of the issue :







I've tried the dial solution [*#*#4636#*#*] but it not workedd ... APN options same .... disable adblocker vpn same ....



I've check the band for LTE connection for where i am ( France ) and its seems to be okay but no LTE anyway ...



Someone have the same problem ? The razer phone had a lot of issues too with network but i've deal with them during 1 year ( it was hard ) but if the razer phone 2 i've take for replacement of the rp1 is worst ,i think my journey with razer is gonna end here ... dont have time for more research on basic smartphones function ...

Hi there! Was this working before? When did the issue start? Have you tried to do a hard reset? if not yet, please do. Just simultaneously press down on the power and volume up button until it reboots. Let me know how it goes.

Has there been any movement on this? I have had the same problem since I got my Razer Phone 2, about 3 months ago.
i've tried the hard reset but the problem is still here ... i ve send back the phone a few days ago so i dont need anymore help for this now . Thanks for the help anyway ^^ .

I experienced this with the first gen Razer Phone. My solution was to have the carrier change the IMEI to a different phone. Luckily, I had an old HTC M9 and used that phone's IMEI. (Carrier was AT&T for me)
