Razer phone 2 not charging.

Hi there. Does anyone seems to have this problem? The phone shows it's charging but yet it's not. Even when I remove the cable it still shows charging . I have to turn off the phone in order to charge. Seems like some software issue? I don't know. Anyone else has this problem ?

      Try a different charger and cable. Maybe it's them

      I got the problem that my phone doesnt charge at all, i have to twist the cable and arrange the phone in different positions so it loads. I already tried different cable or charger there is no difference.
