Hi I've sent my phone in for an RMA for almost a month now and I've still gotten no response regarding my phone status or anything. Every time I contact support I get the same response, "your case has already been escalated to the corresponding team". No date has been given and I would really appreciate some form of response regarding a month long wait.
Was your phone for repair or replacement? Better yet, send over your ticket number via PM so I can check what the holdup is about.
