Razer Phone 2 shuts off while charging and unable to turn on anymore + other issues

My Razer phone 2 decided to turn itself off while charging today and does not turn on anymore. Charging using original razer charger + cable. I only had the brand new phone for less than 2 months. Bought April 1; permanently died today May 30. Attempted the hold power button + volume buttons hard reset method - did not work. Issues since day one: 1: Phone occasionally shuts off/restarts itself suddenly. 2: Sharp beep sound at random times when phone is being used in silent mode/no notifications. 3: Phone gets hot easily when charging and not concurrently being used. 4: Phone sometimes charges quickly, sometimes slowly and drains quick randomly when not playing games. I have submitted a ticket and am eager to get an RMA ASAP to fix this issue. Anyone else having a similar issue? Btw, I do not run intensive games on the phone. Bought it for its specs and asthetics n splendid display.
