I've been using the phone here in Australia for over a month now and I've been experiencing problems regarding the mobile signal I'm receiving. I tried hard resetting the phone and swapping sim cards but it's still happening. Please assist me on this matter. Thank you.

I tried the sim on an iPhone. I'm getting great coverage from it.
Then I'm afraid that the only thing for us to do is to get it repaired. Please PM me the S/N and IMEI of your RP2 so I can verify the warranty status. Let's go from there.

There's not much that we can do but you can:
1. Test different preferred network types.
2. Test the same sim on another phone to check if this has anything to do with the network coverage.
3. Factory reset (which you already did).
If the problem persists, you'll have to send it in for testing/repair.
