Razer Phone 2 Will no longer charge even on a wireless pad
I dont know what else to do other than attempt a battery replacement

Good luck removing the back and replacing the battery.
My concern is software but this forum has poor structure.

The battery is highly likely dead, which is why it no longer holds a charge. I can help you submit a repair ticket if you send me the serial number of your phone.
