Razer Phone notifications - lockscreen

I have recently updated my razer phone to Android 9. Notifications won't light up my screen when I receive them, and also lifting a phone to check for notifications doesn't do anything. Both of the options are turned on and I have no clue why they don't work. Adaptive battery is turned off, "do not disturb" mode is turned off also. Any answers?
