Razer phone screen problem

So i have the razer phone 1 and recently I have been facing a screen problem. A part basically a vertical line a little right from the center is not accepting any touch input. The screen still works fine and there is no problems with it. This has happened before and during those times the touch problem just disappear after some days but this time the problem is not getting fixed. I've tried safe mode and the problem still persists. So if anyone knows anything about how to fix this then plz tell me. Thank you

    Hi there! Have you tried to do a hard reset? Does the same issue happen when in safe mode? Let me know.

    The same issue does still happen at safe mode and as for the hard reset part, I am leaving that option for the future when every other options fails. It maybe a problem with the Android 8.1 that I have since this started happening right after I updated and some battery issue also started with this update ( but I was able to solve the system draining all my battery problem by turning off background processes of every app and the android system in developer mode), so if you know anything about when the Android 9 update for razer phone 1 will be available then let me know
