I purchased a Razer pro 2017 from the Razer store January 2019. My laptop has had the same issues since, and the initial RMA did not resolve it.
If I shut my PC down, it wont boot back up. Sometimes I get lucky and it does but as of now it wont. I suspect it is a faulty motherboard but not sure how to confirm.
I love this laptop but am incredibly disappointed by its longevity. It cost a fortune but barely lasted 2 years, and now the warranty is expired. What can I do in my position?
Let me know what details I need to share, I need my laptop for work.

Have you noticed any battery life and performance degradation issues, especially when on battery mode? Do you get the same results when the laptop is plugged into a wall? In any case, please send me your previous ticket number so I can review how the laptop fared during our Repair Team's diagnostic testing.
