Hi Razer Support,

 

My Razer Pro Click not power On 

Have try charge the cable for whole day, but still not able to Power up the device 

 the SN : 632108H11902893 , please check the warranty

    There is 2 years of limited warranty for the mouses, so please check the receipt when you’ve bought it, and if it’s still on warranty - then warranty return it to the place where you’ve bought it.
