Hi,



I have a wireless Razer Pro Type, a wireless Pro Click and a wireless Blackshark v2 Pro.



The problem is with the mouse and keyboard. When i use them on 2.4 wireless dongle they disconnect randomly, one or the other (keyboard or mouse), at least one-two times per hour. If i use only the mouse with another noname keyboard everything is ok. If i use the keyboard (pro type) on 2.4 dongle with the mouse (pro click) wired and not connected thru dongle, everything is again ok.

The only problem seems to be when they are both connected thru 2.4 dongle. To reconnect them i have to pull out and plug in back the dongle.



Sometimes the headphones disconnects, but for a maximum of 1-2 seconds and not so often as the keyboard or mouse.



I tried using them with and without Razer Synapse, i tried with unchecked "Allow the computer to turn off...." from Power Management, tried USB 2.0 and 3.0 only from back of the computer (don't have in front), basically everything i could find on forums and yt. Nothing works.



Could it be some interference with something? Between them? Any idea what can i do?
