On Windows 11, for a few days now, my Razer Pro Click mouse has been moving on the screen, but the buttons I've set are no longer operational. I also see that Synapse 3 doesn't recognize it.

Does this issue happen while you are wireless or wired? To isolate the problem, try testing your mouse on another computer. Make sure that your mouse is directly connected to a USB port on your computer. Please also follow the troubleshooting steps here. If the steps do not resolve the issue, please send me a PM with your mouse serial number and proof of purchase so that I can check for replacement options. All the best!
