Hi.

I've got a problem with Razer Pro Click.

I bought it like month ago and it was working till last week and right now it's not responding.

When I connect usb dogle I can hear plug in sound but there is no connection and Razer Synapse did not discovered it.

Via Use Cable, no sound and still not connection.

On each mode (usb, off, bluetooth) there is a blinking led on the bottom of a mouse.

What can I do with this mouse? Is there any option to turn it off or restart this mouse?

The latest firmware was installed.

There was similar topic here: /razer-pro-click.71201/ but no answer.

Is Synapse running in the background when the issue happens? If so, please perform a clean reinstallation of your Synapse by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, do send me the serial number of your Razer Pro Click via PM. I can use it to look for other possible solutions. Let's take it from there.
